Don't worry if you can't name all the mountain peaks and summits - our 360° viewing platforms can help.

At the locations Enzianjoch, Telferberg and Fuchssee, the newly built panorama platforms offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains of the Wipptal and far beyond. Milled into a metal plate is the silhouette of the mountain panorama, including the names of the individual peaks and mountain groups and their altitude. Those who are gripped by wanderlust at lofty heights can also read off the distance to the most important cities, which are shown exactly in the direction of view.

Discover the panorama platform on the Enzianjoch with a magnificent 360° panoramic view! Spectacular views and breathtaking vistas make this platform at an altitude of 2,063 m unique.
The most important mountain peaks and mountain groups as well as major cities are shown exactly in the direction of view, making it easier to find and locate them.

 A new highlight also awaits you at the alpine pastures of Telfes:

The circular panorama platform can be reached from Obertelfes via trail no. 5 to the mountain hut Freundalm and then following the Ridnaun high trail (marked no. 23) in the direction of Rosskopf.

Alternatively, starting from the Rosskopf cable car, follow the Ridnaun high-altitude trail to the left until arrival.

 The Ridnauntal Valley offers a wonderful hiking paradise, from easy alpine hikes to summit tours in high-alpine terrain, the choice of tours is as varied as the landscape itself.

A hike to the Ridnaun Alpine pastures, around the alpine huts ofthe Kerschbaumeralm, the Joggilealm and the Valtiglam can now also be combined with another highlight:

The new panorama platform at Lake Fuchsee offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and brings you closer to the local peaks and mountain ranges with detailed descriptions on the viewing platform itself.

 Experience water and distant views up close


As part of the Interreg project “Pfeifer Huisile Gorge”, a viewing platform has been created at the far end of the Ratschingstal Valley.

The name “Pfeifer Huisile” derives from a legendary wizard who lived in the Ratschingstal valley and was “in league with the devil” practicing black magic.
According to the legend, the wizard's birthplace is located at the end of the Ratschingstal valley, in the town of Flading.

This 12-metre-long viewing platform offers you a spectacular experience - the two waterfalls can be experienced up close.

Thanks to the steel construction, you can experience the roaring of the water, the splashing of the spray and the flanks of the polished rock faces. There is also an open view out of the valley.
